Amateur Radio is so cool for experimenting with RF photons. I have been using only 20 Watts, an artificial ground, and a wire antenna thrown over the balcony to talk to the World. Yes, my balcony is at the 19th floor, and in Radio Paradise – Quebec – surrounded by water.
