The Northeast and Midwest United States in 2100

For the Northeast section of the United States, pretty much the same in 2100 as in 2011.   Except a slight increase in crop suitability of 50-85% in upper Ohio and Indiana, and Lower Michigan. For the Midwest, a 5-15% increase in crop suitability across the Dakatos and into the Eastern Montana.
