I wish they could all see elephants in the wild. I wish they could all climb that glacier that is no more. But they cannot. All we can do is try to save a livable, and culturally diverse planet for the future generations.
No one told them to paint or draw signs and speak up. They ask the real questions, that their society wishes to keep in the kindergartens as with stories of Kris Kringle or Santa Claus, perhaps. “The Climate is changing,” [but we will find a way around it?] No, the students have only one honest response. “Why aren’t we?”
Lydia, above, is a Member of the Youth Parliament, from Nottingham. It’s how Brits hope to train their future leaders, in part. She is one. And even she asks, “Why aren’t we changing to meet the needs of our changing climate and World?”
